Booking
To Book the hall, please check that the period you require is available by checking the
Availability page from the menu. If the hall is available, please complete the Hire Agreement
form 
, save
it for your records and email it to us at Please Enable Javascript.
We will confirm your booking by email and ask you to pay the £50 deposit and full hire fee at this stage. We will supply information about accessing the hall at a later date and in time for your event.
Our full Standard Conditions of Hire
sets out the legal requirements involved in hiring the building and its facilities and we recommend that you read
these before booking.
The cost of hiring the hall is:
- £10 per hour
- £50 per day (for more than 6 hours)
- £90 for any 2 consecutive days (including weekends)
- £8 per hour for 6 sessions or more
When stating the time you will be in the hall, make sure you allow for setting up and clearing away before and after the actual duration of your event.
